I live and work on Nex̱wlélex̱wem (Bowen Island) with my husband and dog on a market garden farm where we spend our spare hours working with the land to produce fruits and veg and care for our egg laying hens. In my spare time, I hike and ocean dip regularly as well as spend time with my grown daughters when they get a chance to visit.

There is much appreciation and respect to the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) peoples who first occupied this land. I work on respecting and caring for this land to the best of my ability - always learning and improving. From deep within my being, I feel gratitude for the use of these precious lands.

I provide massage therapy in the framework of helping to connect the tissues of your body with the workings of your whole person. All of these components are intimately connected with each other and can sometimes feel separate. This is done through a trauma informed lens and through a client centered approach. Our time together can look like anything from a “relaxation” type massage to working on a specific issue (ie. sore back or knee).

As a student of yoga therapy, I also offer small on-line group classes with a specific focus in order to provide individualized care and for the class to be tailored to what you need.
